So long as the returned merchandise is in it's original new condition, it has not been worn and is not soiled or damaged, we will refund your purchase.

Our returns policy
Please contact Prooz.com using the email: returns@prooz.com to request a return. You must inform us of a return within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. Once we have agreed to a return, please use the original packing materials. The goods must be unused and all tags must be intact and still attached to the goods. Retain your receipt and enclose it with the item you are returning. The item must be returned within 7 days from our acknowledgement. Please make sure that the return address is the only address showing on your package and send via a tracked carrier such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, UPS, DHL etc,. We will not be held responsible for goods lost in the post when being returned where you have used a non tracked carrier. Remember to retain the tracking number or Post Office receipt until you receive a credit, a refund, or replacement.
Please note: The original shipping charge will not be refunded. When we incur extra postage charges over and above those paid by the purchaser, then those extra charges will also be duducted from the refund amount. Where free shipping was offered and selected, we will deduct the amount of our original postage and packing costs from the refund amount.
Any refunds will only be given to the original purchaser and same payment method. Due to fraud checks the refund may take up to 30 Days to complete.
